Goalie glove services may include break-in, restringing, re-lacing, pocket adjustment, T modification, Floating T setups, rebuilds, and related custom work.

Every glove differs in age, construction, use, condition, manufacturer design, and previous modifications. Results therefore vary.

Hockey Detox Co. cannot guarantee that a modified glove will:

• Close identically to another glove or model
• Perform exactly like a new glove
• Achieve a specific break angle or closure pattern
• Permanently maintain one particular pocket shape or tension

Customer-requested custom work may alter the original factory configuration and may not always be fully reversible.

Ozone treatment is intended primarily to reduce persistent odors in sports equipment and other appropriate items or spaces.

Treatments are performed through controlled procedures in unoccupied treatment environments.

Results vary based on the age and condition of equipment, materials, storage history, use, contamination, and the source and severity of the odor.

Hockey Detox Co. does not represent ozone odor treatment as medical sterilization and does not guarantee elimination of bacteria, viruses, mold, allergens, or other microorganisms.

Certain odors may require additional treatment or may not be completely removable.

Ceramic coating is intended to provide an additional protective surface treatment and may make treated equipment easier to maintain.

Ceramic treatment does not make equipment:

• Scratch-proof
• Puck-mark-proof
• Stain-proof
• Waterproof
• Indestructible
• Permanently protected

Durability varies depending on use, friction, maintenance, playing conditions, cleaning methods, and equipment material.

Existing scratches, stains, discoloration, wear, or puck marks may remain visible after treatment.

Customers are responsible for selecting or approving their desired sharpening hollow when applicable.

Hockey Detox Co. uses Sparx sharpening equipment for skate-sharpening services.

Existing steel damage, corrosion, uneven wear, bent steel, damaged holders, loose components, or excessively worn runners may affect sharpening results.

Sharpening does not include profiling, replacement steel, holder repair, or other services unless specifically agreed upon.

Hockey Detox Co. may decline to sharpen equipment that cannot reasonably or safely be serviced.

Certain products, artwork, training, specialty services, or featured professionals may involve independent third parties.

Examples may include custom mask painting, training partners, or other providers featured through Hockey Detox Co.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party providers remain responsible for their own workmanship, pricing, scheduling, warranties, and services.

• Custom, personalized, or special-order products unless defective or sent incorrectly

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Hockey Detox Co. shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged due to our fulfillment error.

Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Products sold through the Hockey Detox Shop are not sold with a manufacturer warranty through Hockey Detox. Warranty claims under Hockey Detox's own gear warranty are handled directly by Hockey Detox.

Hockey Detox Co. is an independent third-party reseller and is not an authorized retailer or dealer of the equipment brands displayed in the Hockey Detox Shop unless expressly stated otherwise.

Goalie gloves and other branded gear offered through the Shop may be purchased at retail by Hockey Detox for resale, customization, break-in, restringing, or related Hockey Detox services.

Products sold through the Hockey Detox Shop are not sold with a manufacturer warranty through Hockey Detox. Hockey Detox instead provides its own 1-year warranty on gear purchased through Hockey Detox. Warranty claims under that warranty are reviewed and handled directly by Hockey Detox.
